ONLINE CHARTERED SECRETARIAL BUREAU (OCSB)
STANDARD TERMS OF SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT

This agreement is entered into between Online Chartered Secretarial Bureau (OCSB) (herein referred to as “the Bureau”) and the individual or corporate entity requesting services (herein referred to as “the Client”).

1. Scope of Services

The Bureau agrees to provide professional secretarial, company formalization, travel assistance, corporate drafting, or training services as specified in the service request or invoice provided to the Client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: The Client must provide true, complete, and accurate information, documentation, and signatures required for statutory filings (URSB, URA, INTERPOL, etc.).

Liability for Delays: The Bureau is not liable for structural processing delays caused by third-party government regulatory portals, system downtime, or incomplete information submitted by the Client.

3. Fees, Government Levies, and Payment Terms

Service Fees: Client agrees to pay the service fees as quoted on the official invoice.

Statutory Levies: All government fees (e.g., URSB registration fees, passport fees) are the responsibility of the Client and must be paid upfront.

Payment Schedule: A commitment deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due immediately upon delivery of final documents. Training fees must be paid in full before classes begin.

Refund Policy: Completed services and government filing fees are strictly non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

The Bureau treats all client data, personal credentials, and corporate information with absolute confidentiality. We will never share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

5. Termination of Engagement

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing if the other party breaches these terms. If the Client terminates the contract before project completion, any work already completed will be invoiced and deducted from the deposit.

Client Acknowledgment: By paying the service deposit or enrolling in a course, the Client agrees to be bound by these standard terms.
